Important Dates
Abstract Submission Phase
Participants are required to submit an abstract summarizing the objective, methodology, and expected findings of their paper. Abstracts will be reviewed for relevance and alignment with conference themes.
Deadline: 30 May 2025
Full Paper Submission Phase
Authors whose abstracts are accepted must submit their complete papers for peer review. Submissions will undergo evaluation based on academic rigor, originality and contribution to the halal industry discourse.
Deadline: 15 June 2025
Payment Phase
Accepted presenters must complete registration and make the necessary payments. This confirms their participation in the presentation sessions.
Deadline: 1 July 2025
Camera-Ready Submission Phase
Final versions of papers, incorporating all reviewer comments and formatting guidelines, must be submitted. These will be included in the official conference proceedings or selected journals.
Deadline: 30 July 2025
Presentation Phase
Presentations will be held for remote participants. Sessions will be conducted via an online platform with access links provided in advance.
